Milling Hotel Vejle

Bright and spotless room with a kettle, an iron and ironing board. Nice pool, parking in front of the hotel. Not to mention very good wifi! Marvellous location close to a motorway for easy access to city.

Nice hotel for the family (7 persons)

The location was nice, not too far away from Den Smidtske Gaard. The breakfast was wonderful with porridge and bacon. Every member of the staff was welcoming...

room and bathroom were spacious and clean. environment is quiet. I had a TV and a water heater with infusions (I'm not sure if we use coffee. we don't), They offer you a card that gives you free 3h of parking from 9 to 17h. if I remember correctly, at that time, we were always out, There is wifi, beds were wide and comfortable.

Although the breakfast buffet was fine, they could improve some aspects, such as: there was no hot milk in the buffet, only cold milk, not even a microwave to heat it, we had to ask every day, the glasses of hot milk from the staff. And there was one person who always gave us warm milk and we had to insist (hot milk) . There was neither cola cao nor any chocolate bun, for someone in my family it is important, to have something sweet and preferably chocolate for breakfast, he says his body needs it first thing in the morning. We had some problem with the room key, in the last two days and we had to go down more than 5 times to the reception to have it fixed.

The hotel has unusual large rooms which we found very comfortable. The staff and service was very good. We found the restaurant ok, serving good food and a very good breakfast. Our overall impression is that it was very good value for money at a convenient distance from Legoland and Lalandia.

If rated as a three star hotel there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Located within walking distance to Vejle city center. Above average selection of stuff at breakfast (not to mention candlelit tables you don't see too often at hotel breakfasts). Good service also at dinner in the hotel's restaurant, the menu list was a bit short though. Spain won football world cup while we stayed there (well, they asked what I liked there).

We were lucky to have the huge garbage containers conveniently placed outside under our window, so we were awaken at 6 am sharp by the beeping of the garbage truck as it reversed to pick them up.

The hotel was quite ok, but "in the middle of nowhere"...

Bathroom facilities were old and the shower was a bit shabby/dirty. Breakfast was plain/ordinary. No hot meals (ex scrambled eggs etc)

Excellent price quality relationship. Good when travelling with small children, distance to Legoland 30 minutes. Visit in swimming hall next to hotel is free of charge.

The location of the Vejle Center Hotel is very good (only 30 kilometers from Legoland). Hotel was very clean, easy to find and quiet! The room was very spacious.

We stayed for the night on our way to world winner dog show. Place was tidy, people friendly and price was good for 3 persons and one dog. Also adults fitted to the family room smaller beds.

Really good staff and big, bright airy rooms

Really nice hotel, big rooms with extremely comfy beds. Restaurant food is very good and huge portions, but breakfast is fairly basic and the usual ham, salami and cheese, cereals and some fruit. No hot food apart from boiled eggs. 20 min drive from Legoland and Lalandia and many other attractions around Billund, and central to the town in Vejle, but not in walking distance if you want a night out and some drinks.

A bit noisy in the mornings with coaches full of kids arriving and departing.

10 min walk to Legoland and evening buffet, everything very easy.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent breakfast options and spacious rooms, making it a nice base for visiting nearby attractions. A certain receptionist's rude behavior was disappointing and overshadowed the otherwise friendly service from the rest of the staff.

The bathroom could be cleaner - especially shower.
